Staff (Northfield) Limited was founded in November 1999 to provide
an efficient and
cost effective supply of teachers to primary schools. We are
now actively recruiting staff for the secondary/6th form sector.
We pride ourselves on our ability to cater for the needs of
the school and individual staff accordingly and will continue to recruit
and appoint to our books, reliable and responsible teachers of
the highest quality and in accordance with the standards required
by the schools.
We
will ensure that full details are taken with any special needs requirements.
Our database is then interrogated to match the most suitable candidates
for your vacancy. 
This process will not cease until we have successfully
filled the vacancy or you inform us that there is no longer a position
available. Contact is maintained with the school to ensure total
satisfaction.
Where
a fully qualified teacher is not available we will offer to provide “an instructor”.
This is an individual in their final year of teacher training,
and has proved very popular with some of our schools.
All our instructors are only allowed to work on their free days from college
and are encouraged to put assignments and college work first. We endeavour
to find suitable schools for all our NQTs.
Schools are invoiced
on a weekly basis for payment within 14 days of receipt of the
invoice.
Fees - our fees to a school that offers a contract to a supply teacher who is registered with us are negotiable.
